Mr. Adamick is the portfolio manager of the CMLS Mortgage Fund, and is a co-manager on several segregated institutional mortgage mandates. He has 10 years’ experience in investment management and mortgage finance.
Mr. Adamick began his career with KPMG LLP in Vancouver and spent several years with RBC Capital Markets’ top-ranked diversified financials equity research team covering publicly-traded investment management companies and mortgage and housing companies. Mr. Adamick is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Dean is a co-manager of the CMLS Mortgage Fund and manages a number of segregated institutional mortgage mandates.
Mr. Dean has over 8 years experience in investment management and mortgage finance, acting in a sub-advisory capacity for key investor relationships and coordinating over $2 billion in commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Mr Dean. is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Lee is responsible for managing all compliance aspects of the CMLS Financial Group and is involved in the day to day operations of the Manager, including regulatory compliance. He has 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
Mr. Lee began his career with KPMG LLP in Vancouver and spent several years at the BC Securities Commission overseeing portfolio managers, investments fund managers and exempt market dealers. Mr. Lee is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
Ms. Maisonneuve is the Director of National Sales for CMLS Asset Management. She has over 10 years of business development experience specializing in corporate credit, liquid alternative, OM and prospectus based strategies.
Throughout her career she has worked with some of the most influential allocators across Canada. Prior to joining CMLS in 2018, she held various senior level positions at some of Canada’s top wealth management firms including RBC and Fidelity Investments. Ms. Maisonneuve holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ryerson University.
Tatiana Parc is an Operations Manager at CMLS Asset Management. Ms. Parc has over 13 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, including audit, credit risk, regulatory compliance, business development and business optimization.
Prior to joining CMLS, Ms. Parc held a position at various residential mortgage finance companies, including Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and CMHC. Ms. Parc is a graduate of York University.
Mr. Gage is past chair of the Board of Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management (PH&N). His career at PH&N spanned more than 20 years including 5 years as President and CEO.
Mr. Gage also served on the Board of Public Service Plan from 2006 – 2015, where he chaired the Investment Committee from 2009 – 2015. As chair of the Investment Committee, he was responsible for overseeing the investment management function.
Michael retired from Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management (PH&N) in 2020 after 26 years and a career in the investment management business spanning 40 years. At PH&N Mr. Borden was responsible for the mortgage investment strategies which saw the AUM grow from less than $200 million in 2002 to over $6 billion in 2020.
Mr. Borden sits on the Board of the BC Cancer Foundation as well as the Investment Committee and sits as an Advisor to the CMHC Pension Fund Investment Committee. Mr. Borden holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
David Franklin is the President of CMLS Financial and is responsible for overseeing the commercial mortgage origination and servicing divisions. Mr. Franklin joinedCMLS in 1995 and has over 30 years’ of experience in real estate finance.
Prior to joining the Parent in 1995, Mr. Franklin held senior managerial positions with some of Canada’s leading private and public sector real estate finance operations, including CMHC. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics program and a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia.
Mr. Brossard has been involved in real estate finance and investment management for over 20 years.
Prior to joining the Parent in 2003, Mr. Brossard held several senior executive positions and has been a principal in private equity, real estate and real estate finance firms. Mr. Brossard holds a Canadian Chartered Accountant designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
